All cancellations must be received in writing via phone call or email. Faxes will not be accepted.
Refund requests must include the following information:
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the start of camp will be awarded a 100% refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the start of camp will be awarded a 75% refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 1 – 6 days prior to the start of camp will be awarded a 50% refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit
No refunds will be awarded to campers who are “no shows” (do not attend camp and do not notify the camp office of their cancellation prior to the first day of camp).
Special circumstances will be addressed on a case by case basis.
Prorated amounts will be given to campers who can not attend the full camp for various reasons.
